To achieve that goal, Henry has built a staff comprised of highly respected R&D and Manufacturing professionals with global experience. Together, they apply decades of clinical research and innovation experience to our formulations and processes.
Darin Hoogendoorn, President
With a remarkable three decade long journey in the cosmetics industry, Darin has honed his expertise in crafting exceptional customer relationships and driving product success. His wealth of experience ensures your brand benefits from a seasoned professional who knows the art of delivering outstanding products and works hand-in-hand with our customers throughout the process to ensure complete satisfaction.
Janelle Barth, Quality Control Manager
Janelle is a graduate from the University of Toledo Cosmetic Science and Formulation Design program where she received her Bachelor’s of Science and Pharmaceutical Sciences degree. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of industry regulations, she is well-versed in ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Her expertise in formulation, combined with her strong focus on quality control, enables her to deliver exceptional results to our clients.
Tyrick Allen, Director of R&D
Tyrick graduated from University of Cincinnati in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. By 2013 Tyrick began working as a lab technician on the popular skin care brand: Biore. While working on the Biore brand he was able to hone his skills and become a more competent, focused, and detail oriented employee. After about 5 years on the Biore brand Tyrick decided to test the market and see what else was out there. After working for several major manufacturers, and continuing to grow his knowledge and practical skill-set he landed at ARG in 2020. While here at ARG Tyrick gets to apply all of that knowledge and skills on a daily basis. The outcome? World class products that the clients absolutely enjoy.
